Where do I find my ebook?

Your eBook will arrive to your email address in the form of an email with a link. The link is how you'll access your eBook.

1) Check the email address you provided to us when you purchased the eBook

2) Look for an email from Mometrix eBook Orders (ebookorders@mometrix.com)

3) The subject line will read Mometrix Order #, Here's Your eBook

4) If you still don't see it, check your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders—sometimes they wrongly end up there

5) If you entered a Gmail address, please be sure to also check your 'Promotions' tab—Google often wrongly categorizes our eBook delivery emails as promotional emails and puts them there by mistake

6) If you've looked/checked all of the above and still can't locate it, please reach out to us via email or by phone and one of our Customer Support Agents would be delighted to help
