How are ebooks delivered?

You are sent an email with instructions on how to access your ebook on your personal computer or mobile device. The ebook access email is separate from your order confirmation email containing order details but the ebook access email generally arrives at the same time as the order confirmation email. The subject of your ebook access email reads, "Open Your eBook".
